COVID-19 PROTOCOLS and GUIDELINES

 Please read the guidelines designed to keep participants and staff safe with coachville NY.

What you need to know

  • Stay home if you have tested positive for COVID-19 or are waiting on test results, are showing COVID-19 symptoms, or have had close contact  with a person who has tested positive for or who has symptoms of COVID-19.

  • If possible bring your own equipment, like gloves, head gear, helmets, water bottles, and bats, ball if possible, to limit shared equipment.

  • Stay at least 6 feet (about 2 arm lengths) from other players when possible.

  • Wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth to help protect yourself and others.

  • Clean or sanitize your hands before and after practices, games, and sharing equipment.

  • Tell a coach or staff member if you're not feeling well.

If a client tests positive for COVID-19

  • If client was diagnosed with covid the instructor and other participants will be notified and required to quarantine for 10 days and return with a negative test for two consecutive days before attending another session. 

  • There are no penalties for cancelling classes when sick or not feeling well.

  • Clients can reschedule a class if they must quarantine or test positive for covid-19

  • Notify CoachVille or your Instructor when you are not feeling well or have tested positive for COVID-19 to assist any make-up class

  • Refunds will be given if we cannot be reschedule

  • summer clinic participants will receive money back by classes missed with a medical note.

Proactive Actions to Avoid Spread of Virus​

  • All participants and staff must clear a temperature check and complete our tracing form before each class/session.

  • Equipment and tools used during classes will be sanitized and cleaned before each use

  • Participants are recommended to bring their own equipment to limit shared equipment between classes

  • Hand sanitizer will be available before, during and after each session/class. 

  • Classes are limited accordingly to ensure social distancing amongst other participants

Summer Clinic:

  • All participants and staff must clear a temperature check and complete our tracing form before each class/session

  • Equipment and tools used during classes will be sanitized and cleaned before each use

  • Participants are recommended to bring their own equipment to limit shared equipment between classes

  • Hand sanitizer will be available before, during and after each session/class. 

  • Classes are limited to 12 students to ensure safe distancing amongst other participants.

  • Refunds for days missed due to health or COVID-19 reasons will be given with proof.
